8 Weeks to Fit and Sexy is an outdoor program that caters for all goals and fitness abilities. Not only does this program includes 2 sessions a week, it also includes a cardio program, eating guidelines, food log, information on when to eat for best results, weight and measurements taken at weeks 1, 4 and 8 as well as before and after photos.
Due to the large response we received for our first program, we have now decided to run two sessions at once and are taking enrolments for the next round just in time for Summer and Christmas.
When: 2nd November - 23rd December
2 X SESSIONS A WEEK
Where: Kensington Park (off West Tce, Kensington Gardens)
Option 1: Wednesdays 6:30am-7:30am + Saturdays 7:30am-8:30am
Option 2: Wednesdays 6:30pm-7:30pm + Saturdays 8:30am-9:30am
Pricing is $35 for two sessions a week, 8 weeks in total.
