8 Weeks to Fit and Sexy is an outdoor fitness program run by Georgie Thomas.  

The aim of this program is to cater for all abilities and provide the knowledge and support to improve fitness, body shape and weight loss.

This program includes:

  1. 2 x 1 hour outdoor fitness sessions a week.
  2. Eating guidelines.
  3. Food log.
  4. Cardio program.
  5. Information on when to eat for best results.
  6. Measurements and weight taken at weeks 1, 4 and 8.
  7. Before and after photos.
  8. Ongoing support. 
  9. Motivational tips. 

There are many benefits of group sessions as you have an amazing support system surrounding you at all times who are going through the same journey as you and, can continue to motivate you throughout the program. Group sessions are also cost effective as you pay less than a one on one session and still gain the benefits of being trained by an amazing trainer. It is definitely recommended for those who enjoy a challenge and who want to improve their fitness, tone their body and increase weight loss.
